i don't really like fishing on holiday weekends. in fact, i prefer not to fish on weekends, period. but whenever the wife wants to fish we usually have to do it on the weekend. we tried yesterday and the river was a zoo! the dog got a good romp, we had a good walk along the banks and some fresh air. those were the highlights.
