Another Fine Colorado Spring Day Out on The River!

Yes The Big Boys Come Out To Play In The Snow Months

I was able to get out with a Pal the other day and despite snow reports, I was all about hitting the water, escape work on this fine weekday and most of all.....the crowds! Mark definitely got into some pigs and I know he enjoyed hitting a hot spot in South Park he had never visited before. Can't wait to get back~

Not only did the weather cooperate with no snow or rain, temps in the upper 40's, but the fishing wasn't too bad either. The spawn is a ways off but we still managed to get into a few fish and have a great day out.

While most people were at work, we were busy working on some hook ups and midge hatches. Nothing like fishing in the Spring to get you excited about the season ahead. Where to go next weekend? Not sure but I have a few offers for the Gray Reef, Bighorn, Green River and Dream Stream...decisions decisions!
