Fly Fishing For Bass..Yes It's That Time Again!

Hot weather has reached the Rockies and with all that runoff taking place what's better than chasing Bass! Most are still heading up to the hills to chase trout, -yes guilty as charged, but when time permits itself why not do what most in metropolitan areas can do within 10 minutes of your home, chase some Bass on a fly!

Well, you know that's what I'm doing! Hitting up the smallmouth bass during low water in the summers are the best.

I am starting to think chasing Bass for a while might be the way to go. The trout streams over this way are as hairy as a Gorilla. It is like doing battle with the elements. Good LUck on your Bass adventures. Tight Lines.

Definitely, any warmwater species (bass-carp-pike)is the way to go right now without dealing with runoff and I70 crowds

Our lakes down here are feeling the effects from our drought, we need more rain!
