Thanks Denver Water...For Nothing!So I decided to clean out a few things in my basement, garage, office etc... and what better weekend to do it seeing how it was to break in weather from 6 straight days of Thunderstorms. One problem, 5 minutes after my Sale begins they open up the pipes in my neighborhood and all hell broke loose!
Nothing like a river outside my house to entice Garage sale buyers! Thanks to my Pontoon boat for bringing in the people curious as to what that was...

What a hoot! That picture is awesome. As I kid, I loved when this would happen in our neighborhood...but I wasn't trying to have a garage sale. Then, not so cool! ;)
Stephanie it was a little wild and people couldn't get to my yard! Didn't sell it but it helped bring in the curiosity seekers

Glad you enjoyed the picture my dog enjoyed the water much more than I did that day. I actually sold a fare amount despite the untamed river out front!

Maybe that was someone's way of telling you not to get rid of your stuff...
Yep Boca enjoyed all the attention that day as well as a little swimming. She talked me out selling her toys this time
